At least some judges recognize that the U.S. is not a theocracy. In Kansas a Koch-funded majority passed regulations about clinics that included mandates about the size of closets, pretending that such somewhat protected women‘s health.

Unfortunately, when these cases get to them, the Gang of Five on the Supreme Court will probably side with the fanatics from organizations who have been involved in the assassinations of doctors and bombings of clinics, whom they allowed to harass women accessing health care, under the pretense that they were doing "counseling." Of course, no one is allowed to similarly "counsel" visitors, attorneys or others within 100‘ of the Supreme Court itself.
