Anon E. Moose Mar 07, 2017 Many of the students at the very top law schools (e.g., Harvard) choose clerkships and consulting firms rather than Big Law. Flawed study. Sad. (Sorry about the last part. Trump grabbed my keyboard.) NMichael Mar 07, 2017 Indeed, I had no desire upon entering law school to practice in the firm setting at all. All these rankings and lists are designed to reinforce the idea that all law students should go into traditional practice and strive for big law. It‘s just not reality.
