Well written and pointed article. I was glad to learn from it that the SCOTUS has corrected its errors in the past.%0AHopefully, they will soon do just that for Citizens United. (you can read my take at http://attorneyreport.com/news/attorney-report-now-trending)

This is nothing more than a whining lamentation of a left-winger over the fact that the left no longer enjoys the exclusive right to distort reality in their political utterances (as was the case under McCain-Feingold). Now people with other views also have the opportunity to express their own views -- if they have the financial resources to get their views disseminated. With 90%25 of the commercial media expressing predominantly a left-wing worldview, the left had been talking to itself and had gotten so used to being the sole voice being expressed in print and in the airwaves that now they consider the opportunity given non-leftists to advocate for their own philosophies as %22corrupting politics.%22 Gibberish Professor!
