What ever happened to the right of freedom of speech? He did not advertise this comment/joke for the public, but to his family and friends. I say leave the man alone, he is American and lives under the Constitution like the rest of us. He has a right to say how he feels and a right to pass along jokes that are ANTI obama if he wants.

This man should have some dignity and leave the bench. His resignation AND a personal apology to all minorities is the only thing he can do to prove his contrition! It is terrifying to think of all the people (especially mixed-race people, who he and his brother think of as dogs) have appeared before him. This man is a disgrace to all Americans!!! How anyone could refer to him as "your honor" is laughable.

I am disgusted that people still think that these sort of jokes are funny. Judge Cebull you are in my prayers for healing. And that you will do the right thing and retire, yesterday.
