WHAT, was the excuse the judge used in ELois Poole-Clayton V. City of Chicago (and ALL others involved in this case), when because Mrs. Clayton(Certified MT/Medical Coder/CADC, concerned for her credentials being tampered with and REFUSED to accept 3 months court supervison and RAISED it to 12 months court supervision) after the case was continued for OVER 2 years, STILL WON the criminal battery charged placed on her(for she was NOT the 'aggressor'(as the 25th district police officer Kelly and Suther(his partner) LIED about)? Mrs. Clayton did NOT smile in the courtrom(for NOTHING was funny), yet the judge FALSELY punished I, causing I to loose the opportunity to be elevated to a position as a Counselor(which is what I'm credentialed in), YET this judge at 555 W. Harrison(Marie Kariokos one of them), was allowed to LIE also about the TRIAL I demanded (according to the courts, "would be at 1:30p at my next court date";FLYER concerning it, was submitted WITH my BRIEF), only to learn upon arriving that 555 W. Harrison do NOT have trials in the AFTERNOON? My opinion is that they THOUGHT I would tire and forget about it, after a year passing, but I REMOVED PD (Jonathan KERN) for he was NOT properly defending I, an atty., BORMAS & DEBARTOLO took Kerns place, but performed the same way(including attempting to intimidate I to take the 3 months court supervision), which I REFUSED, for I KNOW, I was NOT the aggressor in that altercation. Afterwords, Illinois AG()Lisa Madigan), falsely stated that I wouldn't be compensated (as I should have been), KNOWING, that I WON the case. Her attempt was to fine a CORRUPT way to keep I from winning CIVILLY(just as judge James EGAN(courtroom 2205;Daley Ctr. did when I WON and he stated (Before a tribunal;unethical remark), to the City of Chicago atty., that "you can get it dismissed in Appellate court" AND ALSO stating to I that, "the city of Chicago, can't be sued";"you can't sue the city of Chiacgo", YET the City of Chicago(as other cities), are sued every day?
