    This case is not moot; just out-of-touch with reality. If the Nine have any grand designs on this, and I think it's safe to say they will, then perhaps they will ask the real question at issue: if state Us like University of Texas really have minorities in mind, they why do they continue to charge absurdly high tuitions and fees? Even grants and scholarships cannot fully cover tuition --so minority students are left struggling to pay-off student debt.

    As for Ms Fisher, she should be upset, and her case is hardly moot. She went to a lesser college for reasons that simply do not make any logical sense.
