A law school graduate who was charged but never convicted of soliciting a minor online for sex has been permanently blocked from admission to practicing law in Louisiana.

    Basically, Cruising the web for sex shows that this idiot is too stupid to be admitted.
    Being a Texas Aggie is no defense to this charge.However this really is a classic bill of attainder and frankly rejects the idea of rehabilitation and change.. Many people make stupid mistakes and later on repent.Since LA is full of evangelicals ,a permanent ban is excessive and may violated Amendment 8.I am sure that there is a man of God who could vouch for the this sinners rebirth and repentance. Try a Federal case.

    I guess the old "Innocent until proven guilty" guarantee doesn't apply in Louisiana.
