This article is filled with complete lies! The conglomeration of media outlets that looked at the Florida election found that under ANY method of re-counting votes, just Dade County, Just the 3 democratic strongholds that Gore asked for OR a recounting of the entire state, Bush won under all three scenarios! This author is a LIAR!

Further proving his lies, GERRYMANDERING had been ruled unconstitutional since the early 1800's, yet every decade, whatever party is in control of the state legislatures, gerrymanders the state to benefit the party in power to stay in power. Gerrymandering is NOT a Republican phenomenon as this liar has proclaimed!

The author furthers his lies by stating the dissent in the Voter ID case from the US Supreme Court and doesn't mention that the MAJORITY opinion of the 6-3 case was written by the LIBERAL John Paul Stevens who stated that there is NO BURDEN on the voters to have a state issued ID because they can be easily obtained FOR FREE by anyone and that VOTER FRAUD is a legitimate base for requiring ID's before one votes.

The author LIES when he says "even though the evidence is overwhelming that the need for such a law is nonexistent" even though the EVIDENCE is clear that VOTING FRAUD happens in nearly every state in nearly every election. But according to the LIES of liberals, voting fraud is ONLY a thing done by Republicans, despite the FACT that 180,000 more people voted for Kerry in 2004 in Cook County, IL than there were total registered voters. That isn't 180,000 more people voted for Kerry than registered Democrats, but 180,000 more people voted for Kerry than there were registered Democrats AND Republicans and the amount of Kerry Voters didn't include the amount that voted for Bush! Where does all of those EXTRA voters come from in Chicago???? We KNOW where, the graveyard!!! This liar of an author ignores the fact to push his liberal lies and claims that because so few cases of VOTING FRAUD are prosecuted, then that means that no such fraud exists in the first place. Well, ANYONE with a brain, which clearly excludes the author, knows that the winners are not going to prosecute any of their followers for voting fraud when they helped win them the election and will help win them the next one!!!

Quite simply, this just shows the progression further driving the racial wedge to the point of legalizing a double standard overtly favorable to minorities based on color and/or race[s]. The longer race is the focal consideration in these laws, the longer the double standard can be perpetuated. It is gerrymandering at its worst to gain control of persons by creating a false impression of ongoing racism, when every sane individual in this country knows that racism is a two-way street that has taken a hard turn left.... but then, if you look to the history behind this article, you will see that racism has always been perpetuated by the left. The author of this article did his college best to try and conceal the democratic party's place in this throughout the history of the civil rights movement, but nonetheless, the truth still shines through brightly despite the subterfuge. Bull Conner was a democrat folks, and the only thing that has changed is the angle. A person kept down with a full belly, a few bucks, and constant INCORRECT and SUBTLE reminders of the past, is a person who will go through life with a chip on their shoulder towards the exact wrong people. Some time ago, someone figured out that you don't have to whip a person to make them a slave, you just have to convince them that they are one, already.

I assume that this article is an opinion piece. It certainly is partisan. To call the Supreme Court's decision on the voter identification issue a pullback from cases protecting voters rights is absurd. Voting fraud has become a far more frequent and sophisticated means to elect liberal democrats to office. Indiana's law was a common sense (you do remember that , don't you?) approach to protecting the voting franchise and the principal of the one-man-one-vote rule by ensuring that the individuals casting the ballots were indeed the registered voters on the voting rolls. When fraud is allowed to rule, we get Chicago-style voting thuggery ("When I die I want to be buried in Chicago so I can remain politically active.") and US Senate Clowns like Al Franken. The Shelby County case was one which restored equality between the communities. It is absurd that this law has been applied for so long against communities whose members had no part in the Jim Crow days of voter suppression and intimidation. While the Holder administration in the Justice Department refuses to apply the voting rights act against the New Black Panther Party thugs who clearly and boldly coerced and intimidated voters up in NORTHERN cities, it tries to stake a claim in the moral heights by defending a law seeking to impose colonial conditions upon southern communities.

De-register from the voting roll too. DO NOT CONSENT to being ruled by these jokers. the original 13th amendment forbids BAR members from office. War of 1812 was waged to burn all copies thereof.

Supreme Court of what? USA INC.....not the usA. The mob rule corporate democracy , which is mass chaos , must be returned to the Constitutional Republic which our founding fathers created. Lawyers used deception to return the usA to English rule and dominion, and spat upon the sacrifice of those who fought for a real country, not a hocus pocus nation. the act of 1871, etc... the deceptions are innumerable. 4th of July celebrates what freedom? you were born free, you and your parents were tricked into CONtracting with a corporate democracy, and you were recognized as a legal person and not a human being with human rights. It took a bubbling septic tank load of lawyers to come up with this bs. RENOUNCE ALL THESE CONTRACTS, AND become the 4th Amendment Free Citizen on the land , instead of the 14th amendment slave - citizen out to sea in puke admiralty jurisdiction. SUPREME COURT OF A CORPORATION.....tra la la....as much importance as the board of McMorons.....have a nice day if u r not a lawyer......if u r.......my God man,,,,quit and get a real living where u produce for society instead of parasitically suction the life out of it.
