It's time to bring "voters of color, women, elderly and poor voters, and other vulnerable citizens" without photo IDs into our modern world, which includes the increasing need for such IDs in order to bank, fly, shop, enter government buildings and so much more.

The argument that "my people have failed to assimilate into modernity" is not a convincing argument against anti-fraud voter ID laws, especially since virtually all state laws requiring such IDs allow for the provision of IDs at no charge to individual voters who don't already possess them.

Ms. Ifill and her vote fraud-promoting ilk should be ashamed of themselves.
