The American Bar Association’s governing body on Monday endorsed an extensive package of law school reforms designed to increase students’ clinical and distance-learning opportunities.

    My company would not allow an unpaid intern for fear of violating state laws on classification of interns (I‘m in Crazy Cali). If you want to allow students to get credit while on the job, and have them be classified legitimately, you should not ban them from being paid.
