How about focusing on the WHY of this latest non-issue? Could it be that some women lawyers‘ attitude and conduct in court creates unfavorable impressions w/ judges and juries? And, what about the numbers of women litigating cases as opposed to not appearing in court? Without understanding why any of this is, any "solutions" will be stabs in the dark. Mind your caseload, judge, and leave pursuits like this to others, lest you be disqualified for your own bias.
