What a shame/pity that the Senate refused to do its job and hold hearings on Merrick Garland. Their incessant obstructionism has lasted 8 years too long. And all because petty, petulant, frightwing politicians want to control women‘s bodies and take away brown/black/gay citizens‘ rights and freedoms. Puke-worthy!

    What is SCOTUS?

Read a lot of his decisions. Never thought of him as a liberal or conservative. He has a great writing style and is very common sense in his 10th Circuit opinions.

The author mentioned ‘packing‘ the SC. FDR packed the SC to ram trough unconstitutional laws authorizing programs that got people off bread lines and building infrastructure, but dd not stop the depression. WW2 did, however.
