    This is very disturbing to think that the State will be paying for this surgery, and that he is allowed this surgery in light of the fact that he murdered his wife!! Unbelievable.

    Yes, Julie (comment 9/5/12@ 9:38 a.m.), there is a Santa Claus. The article states that the "Massachusetts Department of Corrections" must provide the operation.
