    There isn't anything Justice can do about the States removing their criminal penalties. All they could resonably accomplish would be to forbid the state-sanctioned sale at stores fo the product (which would hurt the state governments who are looking forward to the taxes.)

    This is the beginning of the end of marijuana prohibition, and the backlash against law enforcement who strive against the will of the People will only strengthen.
