    The irony here is that the cameras do not prevent every act of terrorism. They did not prevent (and would not have prevented) the Boston Marathon bombing. They did make it possible to identify and catch the bombers later. So, I guess, the cameras did prevent the attack these fellows were planning in NY or wherever they were heading that night several days later -- although that's not the point Mr. Abrams is making here.
