    Ah, yes, Hinshaw and Culbertson. The $1000 per hour guys. I saw them in my case against Wells/HSBC. Racketeering, fraud on the court, abuse of process. These are the claims they're defending against. When bank law firms fabricate documents to steal homes, they are culpable. The hard part is finding a judge who doesn't have his (her) retirement plan stuffed full of MBS and Wells Fargo stock. The banks have made a mockery of the courts, and the judges have allowed it.
